I have been a fan of the show Runs House on MTV for a while now. At the end of each episode, Rev Run is shown taking a bubble bath and comes up with his Daily Word that he send out to his readers. These are basically positive thoughts for you to carry throughout the day. I found the website where you can sign up to get the Daily Word in your email. The website says it is a 14 day trial, but I have been getting them for months now. This was todays:
