Back in the saddle

I am back at work today! I am feeling much better but am still somewhat bruised and tender in places. I was pleasantly surprised once I took off the device o' torture that I wasn't bruised in more places! I will have to take a picture of the tummy bruises. My wounds have stopped oozing and a few are already scabbed up. YAY!! I can tell a slight difference in my hips already. I don't have "armrests" anymore and my pants are fitting much better.....actually, I now need a belt to keep them in the right place! I will have to wait up to 6 months to see the complete results, but I can imagine I will be pleased. :)
